Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Steadiva is designed as a local-first health companion. Your treatment records stay on your device by default, and sharing happens only when you export, back up, or send information yourself.

Overview

Steadiva helps users document GLP-1 treatment history, side effects, weight changes, nutrition, hydration and fiber context, bowel entries, refill or access issues, site rotation, and follow-up context using structured records and report exports.

This policy covers the Steadiva iOS app, the Steadiva website, support communications, and related product pages operated by Borealbit Technology Limited.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app can store injection records, medication names or categories, dose amounts, dates and times, injection sites, symptom entries, severity ratings, context tags, notes, weight history, optional weight goals, protein, water and fiber entries, bowel entries, refill and medication-access records, reminder settings, generated reports, backup archives, app settings, and Steadiva Pro purchase status on your device.

These entries may include health information or other sensitive personal information that you choose to enter. By default, treatment records remain local unless you explicitly export, back up, or share them.

Data We Do Not Collect From the App

The current app does not create a Steadiva account, upload your treatment records to a Steadiva server, sell personal information, use third-party advertising SDKs, or use cross-app tracking.

The current app does not read contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or camera data for core logging features.

Optional Apple Health Weight Import

If you choose to connect Apple Health and grant permission, Steadiva can read your latest body-weight sample and copy that value into a local weight entry. This import is optional, read-only, and initiated by you. Steadiva does not write data to Apple Health or upload the imported sample to a Borealbit server.

Declining or later removing Apple Health permission does not prevent manual weight entry or any other core tracking feature. Apple Health data is also governed by your iOS settings and Apple's terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your treatment records or automatically send them to outside recipients. Sharing is initiated by you through PDF exports, backup exports, printing, file saving, clinic portal upload, email, messaging, or the iOS share sheet.

Exported files remain wherever you choose to save, upload, print, or send them.

Cloud and Backup

You can keep a local-first setup. If you enable iCloud Backup, device backup, iCloud Drive, or another Apple or third-party storage feature, those services may store copies of app data or exported files according to your device settings and the provider's terms.

Borealbit Technology Limited does not control or access Apple device backups, iCloud Drive files, or destinations you choose through the iOS share sheet.

Third-Party Services

Core dependencies are platform-level services such as Apple StoreKit, Apple's subscription and refund systems, local notification tools, and Apple's system sharing tools.

The website, support email, and product pages may rely on hosting, security, email, and infrastructure providers that process limited operational data such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, error logs, and messages you choose to send.

Analytics and Tracking

Steadiva does not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising networks, or cross-app tracking. We may review aggregate website or operational diagnostics to keep public pages reliable and secure.

Purchases

Steadiva Pro purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. Apple may process purchase, subscription, refund, storefront, tax, and account information according to Apple's own policies. Borealbit Technology Limited receives only the purchase status needed to unlock subscription features in the app.

Retention and Deletion

Local records persist until you delete them in the app or remove the app and its data from your device. Exported files and backup archives remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Support emails and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Permissions

Core logging features do not depend on special device permissions. Optional reminders may request notification permission, and optional Apple Health weight import may request read access to body-weight samples, only when you start those features. You can change permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Health and Safety

Steadiva is a personal tracking companion and is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. If you believe you may have a medical emergency or severe side effect, contact emergency services or a licensed clinician.

Children's Privacy

Steadiva is not directed to children under 13. If a younger user needs help tracking treatment, a parent or guardian should supervise use and follow guidance from a licensed clinician.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the date above will be revised and the new version will be published on the website or other appropriate app and web surfaces.
