The Short Version
Steadiva helps you track GLP-1 treatment and prepare clinician-readable summaries. It is not medical advice, it is not an emergency tool, and treatment decisions should always be made with a licensed clinician.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Steadiva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate EULA is provided through App Store Connect.
Purpose of the App
Steadiva provides personal treatment tracking and follow-up summary tooling for GLP-1 care. It is not a medical provider, health plan, pharmacy, or clinical decision system.
No Medical Advice
Steadiva is a tracking companion and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication and dose decisions should always be made with your doctor or licensed clinician.
The app does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, recommend dose changes, verify whether a symptom is safe, or replace instructions from your clinician, pharmacist, medication label, or emergency services.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Record quality depends on the information you enter. Reports and insights are informational, may not reflect clinical measurements, and do not make Steadiva a regulated medical device.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing log accuracy and report exports before sharing with a doctor or other stakeholders.
You are also responsible for following your medication label, clinician instructions, and applicable laws. You must not use the app to misrepresent medical information or to violate applicable law.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Steadiva offers Steadiva Pro as auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and yearly options where available. Prices, subscription durations, trial availability, and tax treatment may vary by country, storefront, and Apple account settings and are shown in the app before purchase.
Purchases are handled through Apple in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests, billing questions, family sharing behavior, and storefront policies are handled by Apple.
Data and Privacy
Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and exported when you choose to share it.
User Content
Your injection logs, symptom records, notes, and exports remain yours. We do not review or access your records unless you explicitly choose to share them outside your device.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, code, artwork, and product materials included with Steadiva remain the property of Borealbit Technology Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for clinical outcomes, clinical decisions, missed reminders, data entry mistakes, export mistakes, deleted records, or damages resulting from inaccurate user-entered records.
Warranty Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reports, health outcomes, or clinician acceptance of exported reports.
Third-Party Services
Apple, iOS, StoreKit, App Store, iCloud, email, clinic portals, and other destinations you choose may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you use to save, print, upload, send, or manage exported information.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
